Waste of time . I rung on behalf of my grandparents regarding no lights working downstairs. I informed them it seemed to be an old fuse box which had tripped out and required resetting. The operator insistead that I provided a credit/debit card details to carry on the booking for £136.80 this was at 16.33 pm. I rung several times to get a scheduled time for the engineer to call and it went to lines busy. At 18.00 I rung from another number and got an operator they informed me they were still trying to hold of a engineer to call but still no joy. At 18.45 i had a call from an engineer but when I tried to call him back answer phone message. THIS COMPANY LEFT MY GRANDPARENTS WITH NO LIGHTS ON UNTIL PRESENT TIME.since then another electrician company has sorted the fault a lot cheaper. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE ITS BELOW A 1 STAR RATING BUT I COULDN'T DO ANY LESS RATING.
